Nothing’s sub-brand, CMF by Nothing, is all set to launch its first smartphone in India. CMF officially announced the upcoming CMF Phone 1 will be launched alongside the CMF Buds Pro 2 and the CMF Watch Pro 2. Recently, a leak suggested some specifications of the CMF Phone 1, just a few days before this launch date news came. Additionally, the CMF Watch Pro 2 was recently spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website, indicating an upcoming launch in the country. Let’s learn everything about it.
CMF Phone 1 Launch Date
CMF officially revealed that the Phone 1 will soon be launched. Buds Pro 2 and Watch Pro 2 will also be introduced with the Phone 1. This launch is scheduled for July 8 at 2:30 PM IST (10 AM BST ) during Nothing’s upcoming community update. However, the full specifications for these devices have not been disclosed yet. But Nothing has teased their unique signature design element – the ‘rotating dial’, which will be seen in all three devices. The CMF Phone 1 will go on sale on Flipkart.

Rumors suggest the upcoming CMF’s Phone 1 will feature a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It might come with a 50 MP dual-camera system on the back and a 50 MP selfie camera on the front. The Phone 1 might come with the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, an octa-core chipset featuring four cores running at 2.5GHz and another four at 2.0GHz. Additionally, it comes with a 5000mAh battery and supports 33W fast charging. This smartphone will be available in two storage variants: 128GB and 256GB, with UFS 2.2.
Like all the previously launched Nothing phones, CMF also shows the unique SIM ejector tool that can be used as a screwdriver from the other end. This confirms that the Phone 1 comes with a removable and customizable back panel if customization is your thing. So you might be getting a lot of options for the back panel. It also comes with many different color options & will also feature a vegan leather finish, as revealed by the official teaser. Not just that, the phone will also have a physical rotating dial just like the CMF buds to control the media playback. The price details of the upcoming CMF Phone 1 were exclusively revealed by 91Mobiles. The box price could be ₹19,999.
